If you return any itemsfrom an order that received Free Shipping, the original cost of the shippingassociated with the returned items will be deducted from the refund amountunless the return was a result of our own error.
20% Restocking fee Applied items
A Restocking fee of 20%will be applied to the following items: Wigs, Ponytails, Half Wigs, Domes,Pigtails and any other ready to wear hair goods.
10-20% Restocking fee Applied items
A 10% - 20% restockingfee will be applied to all weaving and braiding hair. These products will be chargedfor any damage done to the packaging and/or the hair product. After inspectionof the returned item, we will credit you back accordingly.
10% Restocking fee Applied items
- A 10% Restocking fee will be applied on all Human Hair weavingor braiding hair that costs over $100.
- Wigs, Ponytails, & Half Wigs, Dome, Pigtail and any otherready to wear hair goods are refundable only for store credit or you canrequest an exchange for another item in the store.
- Exception: All Sales are Final on Lace Front Wigs including allliquid and tape adhesives.
- By requesting for an exchange, you are agreeing to beresponsible for any extra fees that may occur to process the exchange. It isyour responsibility to be aware of the extra fees in the exchange process asyou will not be notified.
- If we do not hear from you either by email or phone within 30days after we receive your return, we will not be responsible for the item andit will be disposed of after 30 days.
Undeliverable & Refused Packages
Any order returned to ourfacility without previous authorization from sistawigs.com (i.e. unauthorizedreturns, refused packages, incorrect address, etc...) will not be treated as areturn.
- Any store credit will not be valid and expire exactly one yearafter the date it was issued. We will not be held responsible for any storecredit claimed after this time.

- APO/FPO : Delivery will be received in 5-15 business days on averageafter the item has been shipped, but it may take up to 2 months in very rareinstances. If you do not receive your order, please email us 30 days afterreceiving notification of shipment. We can then file a claim with the US PostalService. However USPS regulation allows the investigation of the filing of thepackage after 75 days of shipment ("Claim may not be filed until 75days ormore after date of mailing." from USPS form 1000) and it may take up to8-16 weeks to receive new of its status. As soon as we hear from USPS, We willnotify you by email.
- Postal Priority MailInternational: If you do not receiveyour order after shipment 5-6 weeks, email us for investigation. USPS willinitiate the investigation after 37 days of shipment.
- It will take 12-16 weeks to have the investigating result ofPostal Priority Mail International (6-10 days delivery) from US Postal Office.We will refund you in full after 16 weeks of investigation filing if we do nothear from US Postal Office at all. Or we will refund you right after theinvestigation result is released from US Postal Office.
- We will ship your order as the shipping method you haveselected.
