1. Once Order is received, You will receive a confirmation email with order number.
2. Within 1-4 business days you will receive a "Getting Processed" Email notification, your order will be shipped within 24 hours after that notification subject to availability.
3. If the order is not shipped with in the above timeframe, you will receive an email stating the reason which requires your response.
4. You will receive a final confirmation email with tracking number.
4. Shipping Carriers
Orders shipped via standard shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery.
Please note when using expedited shipping methods we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time. Generally UPS will deliver your package by 8PM on the estimated date of delivery.

Free Shipping is offered and valid during promotional periods.

Free shipping is Only valid for US Addresses Excluding APO/FPO/DPO, HI, AK, PR, & US VI. .
The minimum purchase required for Free Shipping, and free shipping doesn't apply to gift certificates, bulk orders, orders over 20 pounds, applicable shipping charges or sales tax.
7. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from SistaWigs.com is made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Please note that we can only begin to investigate lost orders shipped once 10 business days have passed since the date of shipment.
8. IMPORTANT CUSTOMS/DUTIES/EXTRA CHARGES
Customs/Duties/Extra Charges on All INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: You will be Responsible for Any/ALL charges Related to Customs/Duties/Misc. Charges applied by your country. Please Inquire to your local postal authorities regarding applicable charges prior to Buying. We are in no way liable for any extra charges incurred.
Please be advised shipping to a destination that requires a customs declaration will result in your packing slip identifying the package contents to be included on the customs label.
9. Delay of Orders
Please check your address before ordering as it may result in delay of order or package being returned to us. Please make sure to proof-read your address before placing order. Any missing apartment/unit/suite number would result in package being returned to us.
If package has not been delivered on your delivery date, Please contact us as soon as possible as we do have a time frame to set up claims and or investigations with our mail carriers. We unfortunately cannot guarantee any results for deliveries after package has been delivered for more than 30 days from when you claim. Unfortunately we have a time frame that we cannot overlook and if the package shows to have been delivered more than 30 days ago we cannot assure a claim can be set up with the carriers.
